The Junior Division Summer Intensive is a four-week intensive training program for students ages 12-15. The Ailey School’s Summer Intensive offers young dancers an opportunity to train in a vibrant professional environment centered in the heart of New York City’s Theater District. Motivated students with at least three years of consistent training receive first class dance training among a student body of versatile dancers who strive for excellence.

More than 650 trainees of all ages and from all over the world come to this event of DANCE - SINGING - COMEDY. Unique in France and Europe in its proposals: 23 disciplines, 34 teachers 4 levels: INITIATION - BEGINNER - MEDIUM - SUPERIOR Classes start on Sunday August 11, 2024 at 3 p.m. and they end on Tuesday August 20, 2024 at 7 p.m. and that's when the preparation for the Final Show begins from Wednesday August 21 to Friday August 23, 2024.

Immerse yourself in an extraordinary week of longevity training. Young dancers will experience what it means to practice the art of longevity training, starting each day with a hands-on longevity training session followed by hands-on longevity-specific lessons in a professional environment. At the end of the program, each dancer will have the opportunity to receive a personalized longevity training program.

Dedicated to dance students aged between 6 and 19, the Ateneo Danza Summer School is a high training summer school that actively involves, in memorable lessons, the Directors and Teachers of the main International Academies. The "Prix des Hivernales" is an international competition that takes place during Les Hivernales de la Danse Festival in Liège.It offers young dancers the chance to present their work to a jury made up of current International Dancers, most of whom are Principals. Each contestant will receive feedback on their performance from the jury, to guide their work. Prestigious prizes will be awarded to support and nurture winners in their training: cash prizes, professional immersions, scholarships, ...

Supported by the CCN Malandain Ballet Biarritz and supported by the city of Biarritz, the International Dance Academy of Biarritz welcomes each year to the Lycée hôtelier Biarritz Atlantique 2 rue Francis Jammes 64200 Biarritz – France , for a week at the beginning of August, 350 trainees passionate about dance from all walks of life, from elementary to professional level. Admission to the Summer Course is highly selective. All students must audition. Those accepted will train for five weeks with SAB’s year round faculty and guest teachers from New York City Ballet. Summer students learn the key principals of the ballet aesthetic refined by Balanchine, which is strongly rooted in Russian classicism and emphasizes precision, control, expansiveness, speed, and musicality.

From July 4th to 13th, all the students, guests of the beautiful structure of Ateneo della Danza, will be able to study with the biggest names of Italian and international dance world. During the stage, students will attend classesof ballet, pointe/male technique, pas de deux,repertory, character, contemporary, contact improvisation, floorbarre, physiotechnique. On July 12th, at the end of the stage, all students will perform at the Grand Galà, with choreographies studied during the intensive.

The Kansas City Ballet Summer Intensive offers a curriculum focused on classical ballet with exposure to a variety of dance disciplines. Artistic staff and school faculty of Kansas City Ballet combine to create one of the best summer intensive offered in the country. Our world-class guest instructors bring additional expertise that is unmatched and will help prepare students for the demands of a professional career. We educate not just the dancer, but the whole person.

In July we will open our doors to all dance enthusiasts ! From Friday, July 11 to Friday, July 18, Mosa Ballet School will organise a Signature intensive course for dancers aged 10-29. This 8-day, a la carte-course, includes three classes a day, with an optional extra class.

AGES 8 -12, by audition only. For students not yet en pointe. Session 1: Monday, June 16 – Friday, June 27 Session 2: Monday, July 7 – Friday, July 18 Session 3: Monday, July 21 – Friday, August 1 Young dancers experience an introduction to intensive ballet training during Colorado Ballet Academy’s Young Dancer Workshop. Students participate in daily ballet classes with additional classes in pre-pointe, young men’s classes, character, modern, choreography, body conditioning, and more.

In 2023 the Ballet Summer School takes place in Carcassonne (South France). The official accommodation is the youth Hostel “Le Couvent” located in the center city of Carcassonne. 10 minutes shuttle city bus ride to and from the summer intensive localisation.

Dancers can apply for one or both weeks. Prices are cheaper if applied before March 31st.

Oklahoma City Ballet’s Summer Intensive is open to students who are 10 to 20 years old as of June 1. Acceptance to the program is by audition only. For Session I and II, female students must have one complete year of pointe training to attend. For Session I and II, students aged 12 to 20 may attend three or six-weeks. For Session III, students may attend one or two-weeks. Company Apprentices, OKCB II, Trainees, and Day Program students are selected from our summer intensive program.

Housing is available. Level size will be limited. The program will conclude with a final performance on Friday, July 26, 2024.
